RVA4Lebanon is a nonprofit formed of Lebanese and Lebanese-Americans operating out of Richmond, VA, who united in response to the explosion that devastated Beirut on August 4th.
What bonds us is our passion towards our country, culture, and people. What drives us is our desire to see Lebanon rebuilt as an honest, unified, prosperous, and sustainable country.
We do not engage in any political or religious activity. We support the Lebanese people objectively, unbiasedly, and universally.
We provide a trusted, accessible, and transparent medium to help efforts to rebuild and revive Lebanon and its people.
We raise funds to help finance the efforts of trusted Lebanese nonprofit organizations and other credible projects that share our vision.
We partner and engage with local Lebanese businesses to facilitate economic growth and sustainability.
The governing body of RVA4Lebanon is the Board of Directors, which has all powers of governing and directing, and of overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the nonprofit organization. The governance principles of RVA4Lebanon are found in the documents below and are reviewed periodically to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the nonprofit organization and reflect current best practices.
